Yuze Shimizu

A young vampire currently staying at the Lazarus estate. It doesn’t appear like he has much to his name, and he is reluctant to share much about himself. In a slightly higher position than regular commoners, but much lower in power than nobles, it’s hard to say where exactly he belongs. He doesn’t say anything about the specifics of his job, either. Because of that (and his gloomy personality), rumors of him being an assassin or a hitman of sorts started circulating among people.

Yuze is a quiet and reserved vampire who currently works at the Lazarus estate. He used to reside there as a child, and was childhood friends with Ange.

Personality

Yuze appears as a cold, distant figure. He values his personal space and is very sensitive to his surroundings; however, he prefers to watch from a distance rather than engage directly. His silent and reserved personality can make it hard for people to approach him, which leads to him not having many friends or acquaintances. He’s rarely outwardly rude to people, but has difficulty expressing his emotions.

He is terribly sensitive and capable of being warm and understanding in his own way. He has a tendency to push people away in fear of being hurt or abandoned. Despite that, he gets worried easily. He prefers to show his affection in actions rather than words. He fears deep bonds and commitment. In return, he also doesn’t expect much from others and is seemingly alright with being treated poorly or unfairly. He has a strongly repressed need for love but denies himself that “privilege,” believing that he doesn’t deserve it.

On the inside, guilt accompanies him in every aspect of his life. Growing up, he started feeling like he doesn’t deserve anything given to him, much less the kindness of others. He's very disconnected from his emotions and usually feels empty inside, probably because of him bottling up his emotions. He does not allow any feelings to surface, being very harsh and demanding of himself in this aspect.
